本文针对我国司法干警格斗能力现状提出了创建司法干警格斗内容系统化的构想,确立了以终身性警察体育为核心的指导思想为理论依据,就如何加强建立警体训练机构与警校实行资源共享,以及确立实施格斗动作的效力与不法侵害程度的一致和干警格斗具体内容等一系列问题进行了研究。旨在为创建司法干警格斗内容系统化提供一定的理论依据。
This article aims at the current situation of judicial police officers and men fighting capacity in our country and proposes the idea of creating a systematized judicial police fighting content and establishes the guiding ideology of lifelong police sports as the theoretical basis and how to strengthen the establishment of police training institutions and police schools to implement resource sharing , As well as the establishment of the effectiveness of combat action and the extent of unlawful infringement and the specific content of fighting police officers and other issues were studied. The purpose of this article is to provide some theoretical basis for the systematic establishment of the judicial content of judicial policemen.
