葡萄皮尔斯病自1892年发现以来一直是全世界尤其是美国葡萄种植的一大危害,由于葡萄在经济上的重要性,该病的研究受到高度重视.七十年代初发现该病系类立克次氏体侵染所致.1978年Davis等报道在弗罗里达的罹皮尔斯病的葡萄上成功地分离和培养了一具有类立克次氏体特征的格兰氏阴性的棒状细菌.此病在我国尚未见有报道.1979年作者发现吐鲁番县火焰山公社的葡萄缩叶病,该病症状与1892年皮尔斯所报道的极为相似,其特点是:病株的病叶明显变小,呈畸形,叶面沿叶脉皱缩,叶边缘向上或向下翻卷,并且紧缩,很象用松紧带拉缩的袖口,边缘变褐焦枯(图2)终至全叶枯死.重
Pearlesque disease has been a major hazard in the grapevine worldwide, especially the United States since it was discovered in 1892. Due to the economic importance of grapes, the study of the disease has received great attention. In the early 1970s, the disease was identified as Rick Ergonomic infection caused by the 1978 Davis et al reported in Florida in Peirce’s grapes successfully isolated and cultured a class of rickettsia-like characteristics of Gram-negative coryneform bacteria The disease has not been reported in our country until 1979. In 1979, the author discovered the grape leaf disease of Huoyanshan Commune in Turpan County. The symptoms of the disease were very similar to those reported by Pierce in 1892. The characteristics of the disease were as follows: Deformity, the folds along the veins shrink, the leaf edge up or down curl, and tighten, much like the elastic cuffs with cuffs, the edge browning brown coke dry (Figure 2)
