目的:探讨人参二醇组皂苷(panaxadiolsaponins,PDS)对体外循环(CPB)心内直视手术患者免疫防御功能的影响。方法:择期手术的先天性心脏病患儿60例,随机分为对照组与PDS组,每组30例。应用流式细胞技术,用OKT单克隆抗体测定OKT3、OKT4、OKT8,用单向扩散法测定血清IgG,IgM,IgA含量。结果:对照组术后第1,3天外周血总的T细胞和辅助性T细胞明显降低,抑制性T细胞明显增多,血清IgG明显降低(P<0.05或0.01)。PDS组患者术后T细胞亚群及免疫球蛋白含量相对稳定(P>0.05)。结论:PDS能够对抗大手术或严重创伤所造成的免疫功能降低,术前和术后早期或严重创伤后应用PDS,对于提高机体免疫力,预防感染,可能有益
Objective: To investigate the effect of panaxadiol saponins (PDS) on immune defense function in patients undergoing open heart surgery with cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB). Methods: Sixty children with congenital heart disease undergoing elective surgery were randomly divided into control group and PDS group, 30 cases in each group. Using flow cytometry, OKT3, OKT4, and OKT8 were measured using OKT monoclonal antibody, and serum IgG, IgM, and IgA levels were determined by one-way diffusion. RESULTS: In the control group, total T cells and helper T cells in the peripheral blood decreased significantly on the 1st and the 3rd day postoperatively, suppressive T cells increased significantly, and serum IgG decreased significantly (P<0.05 or 0.01). Postoperative T cell subsets and immunoglobulin content in the PDS group were relatively stable (P>0.05). Conclusion: PDS can resist the decrease of immune function caused by major surgery or severe trauma. PDS can be applied before and after surgery or after severe trauma. It may be beneficial to improve immunity and prevent infection.
