目的:研究不同时间、强度高应激状态与大鼠心肌损伤的关系。方法:血清心肌酶活力测定和利用电镜技术观察大鼠心肌超微结构。结果:随应激状态时间延长、强度增加,血清心肌酶( L D H、 H B D H、 C K、 G O T)活力短时间刺激升高,然后逐渐下降,心肌超微结构短期刺激为代谢亢进的变化,以后呈逐渐加重的损伤性改变。结论:高应激状态能够引起大鼠心肌损伤。
Objective: To study the relationship between stress state and myocardial injury in rats at different time points. Methods: Serum myocardial enzyme activity was measured and electron microscopy was used to observe the myocardial ultrastructure in rats. RESULTS: With the prolongation of stress time and the increase of intensity, the short-time stimulation of serum cardiac enzymes (LDH, H B, H, C K, G O T) increased and then decreased gradually, and the short-term stimulation of myocardial ultrastructure was Metabolism hyperthyroidism changes, after the gradual increase was the damage. Conclusion: High stress can cause myocardial injury in rats.
