1防便秘中医认为,香蕉味甘、性寒,而性寒能清肠热,味甘能润肠通便,较适用于肠胃积热所致的热秘,或兼有腹胀腹痛,口干口臭。坚持晚上睡觉前吃一根香蕉可以有效缓解习惯性便秘。可于饭后1~2小时进食香蕉,每日1~2根为宜。
