本文按药典法,对影响输液微粒的因素作了系统的研究,结果表明:不同品种之间无明显影响,加药后明显增加输液中微粒,加入粉针剂后微粒明显高于注射液,在输液准备室操作者,微粒增加数明显高于在净化工作台上操作者。用0.3μm的滤膜制备超净水作空白试验,微粒数明显少于0.45μm者。为此,作者建议:为防止输液微粒污染,生产中应严格操作规程,抓好生产的各个环节,加强制剂室内空气净化,输液器具应用徽孔过滤的洁净水冲洗,输液中应尽量减少多种注射剂同时加入一瓶输液中,静注用注射剂应作微粒控制,制备超净水时应用0.3μm的微孔滤膜。
