探讨二味康口服液的抗癌作用。方法：用Ｌｅｗｉｓ肺癌小鼠模型，观察二味康抗癌作用。结果：二味康口服液预防和治疗给药均能延长Ｌｅｗｉｓ肺癌小鼠平均生存时间；对小鼠Ｌｅｗｉｓ肺癌瘤重增长及自发肺转移有明显抑制作用。结论：二味康口服液有明显的抗癌作用，与环磷酰胺合用作用可见增强。
To investigate the antitumor effect of Erwei Kang oral liquid. Methods: Lewis lung cancer mouse model was used to observe the antitumor effect of 2-TCD. Results: The preventive and therapeutic administration of Erwei Kang oral solution could prolong the mean survival time of mice with Lewis lung cancer and inhibit the growth of Lewis lung carcinoma and spontaneous lung metastasis. Conclusion: Erwei Kang oral solution has obvious anti-cancer effect, combined with cyclophosphamide can be seen enhanced.
