目的 :探讨口外唇弓推磨牙向后解除前牙拥挤 ,联合固定矫治在恒牙早期安氏Ⅱ类错牙合中的临应用价值。方法 :选取 2 3例恒牙早期安氏Ⅱ类错牙合采用口外唇弓进行推磨牙向后矫治 ,联合方丝弓矫治器。结果 :本文2 3例经口外唇弓推磨牙向后 ,上颌左右侧第一磨牙平均向远中移动分别为 3.2 1± 0 .5 1mm ,3.17± 0 .70mm。磨牙区、双尖牙区、尖牙区宽度均增加 ,分别为 2 .2 1± 0 .4 3mm ,1.2 3± 0 .38mm ,5 .4 5± 0 .6 6mm ;联合方丝弓矫治技术前牙拥挤解除。结论 :口外唇弓推磨牙向后在恒牙早期的病例中可开辟出足够的间隙 ,在不拔牙的情况下解除前牙拥挤。
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the clinical value of oral labial arch extraction of molars to relieve the crowding of the anterior teeth and the combined fixation in the early stage Class II malocclusion of permanent teeth. Methods: Twenty - three cases of early Angle Class Ⅱ malocclusion were treated with external lip bow for orthodontics followed by orthodontic arch wire appliance. Results: In this paper, 23 cases of oral labial extractions led to molars backward, and the maxillary left and right first molars moved on average to 3.2 1 ± 0.51 mm and 3.17 ± 0.70 mm respectively. The molar area, the bicuspid area and the canine area all increased in width, which were respectively 2.21 ± 0.43mm, 1.2 3 ± 0.38mm and 5.54 ± 0.666mm. Anterior crowded lifting. CONCLUSIONS: The oral labial arch can promote molars backward and provide sufficient clearance in the early cases of permanent teeth, relieving crowding of the anterior teeth without pulling the teeth.
