研究了在液—固复合铸造过程中,固态钢芯的直径、形状以及铁液化学成分中的硅、磷含量对白口铸铁内表面裂纹的影响。试验结果表明,控制钢芯直径及选择合理的化学成分,可有效地防止裂纹的产生。
The effects of silicon and phosphorus contents on the internal surface cracks of white cast iron were studied in terms of the diameter and shape of the solid steel core and the chemical composition of the molten iron during liquid-solid compound casting. The test results show that the control of steel core diameter and choose a reasonable chemical composition, which can effectively prevent the crack.
