胡锦涛总书记在十七大报告中指出,实施扩大就业的发展战略,促进以创业带动就业,是以改善民生为重点的社会建设的六大任务之一。这一重要论述表明,创业将成为我国解决就业难题的重要途径,为我们做好全民创业的各项工作指明了方向。创业是发展之基,富民之本,能否最大限度地调地广大干部群众投身创业的积极性,形成人人谋发展,上下齐创业的生动局面,是各地加快发展的关键所在。
General Secretary Hu Jintao pointed out in the report of the 17th National Congress that implementing the strategy of expanding employment and promoting employment as a starting point for entrepreneurship is one of the six major tasks for social construction that focuses on improving people’s livelihood. This important exposition shows that starting an undertaking will become an important way for China to solve the employment problem and point the way for all our efforts in undertaking a nationwide undertaking. Entrepreneurship is the foundation for development and the foundation for enriching the people. Whether it can minimize the enthusiasm of the cadres and the masses to start their own businesses and create a vivid situation in which all seek development and entrepreneurship is the key to accelerating development everywhere.
