以红掌为试验材料,水培生根后在营养液中添加不同浓度的硫酸铜及水杨酸(SA),分别测定硫酸铜和SA对水培液中叶绿素浓度、红掌叶片数、须根数、红掌叶片的叶绿素含量、抗坏血酸含量、丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。结果表明:5~15mg·L-1的硫酸铜及100~300mg·L-1的SA处理显著降低了水培液中的叶绿素浓度;5mg·L-1的硫酸铜处理增加了红掌的须根数,降低了抗坏血酸含量及MDA含量;100mg·L-1的SA处理增加了抗坏血酸含量,降低了MDA含量。说明水培红掌可添加适量硫酸铜或SA控制绿藻滋生的同时改善红掌的观赏性。
With Anthurium as test material, different concentrations of copper sulfate and salicylic acid (SA) were added to the nutrient solution after hydroponics.
