本文主要研究非满载双轴液罐汽车制动时,由于液罐重心位置的变化对汽车制动稳定性影响的问题。文中建立了液罐汽车制动的力学模型和数学模型,分析了使用参数和结构参数对液罐汽车制动距离、前后轮制动抱死时间间隔和同步附着系数的影响。对罐中隔板的安装位置进行了优化,并通过道路试验进行了验证。
This article mainly studies the problem that the stability of the automobile brake affects the change of the center of gravity of the tank when the non-fully loaded biaxial tank vehicle brakes. In this paper, the mechanical model and mathematical model of the tanker vehicle brake are established. The influence of the parameters and structural parameters on the braking distance of the tanker truck, the lockup time and the synchronous adhesion coefficient of the front and rear wheels are analyzed. The location of the tank baffle was optimized and verified by road tests.
