酒店管理这一行业对于管理人才的需求具有一定特殊性,它要求管理人才既有专业的理论知识,又有踏实的实干精神,还要具备一定的实践经验。高职院校在培养酒店管理专业人才的过程中,不能墨守成规,一成不变,否则将造成人才供需错位,不利于资源配置。因此,应改善高职酒店管理专业人才的培养模式,从根本上避免这种供需错位的产生。
Hotel management has a particular demand for management personnel. It requires that management personnel possess both professional theoretical knowledge and practical hard work. They also have some practical experience. In the process of training hotel management professionals in higher vocational colleges, they should not stick to the rules and remain unchanged, otherwise the dislocation of talents supply and demand will be caused, which is not conducive to the allocation of resources. Therefore, we should improve the vocational training model of hotel management professionals, to fundamentally avoid the occurrence of such supply and demand dislocation.
