目的研究乳酸杆菌产生的微环境对阴道毛滴虫的影响并建立实验性阴道毛滴虫动物模型。方法在阴道毛滴虫生长高峰期加入乳酸,观察阴道毛滴虫在不同乳酸浓度(0.5%、1%、2%)的肝浸汤中的死亡情况,全部死亡后做72h滴虫复苏实验,获取酸度与滴虫间的关系;根据上一步乳酸实验得到的数据,于滴虫生长高峰期分别加入3.0×108/ml的乳酸杆菌0.25ml,0.5ml,1.0ml,2.5ml,观察不同乳酸杆菌浓度的培养基中滴虫死亡情况;将阴道毛滴虫接种于小鼠腹腔,观察小鼠形态如毛发、体形、精神状态变化,以及腹腔脏器病理改变。结果0.5%、1%、2%乳酸浓度下阴道毛滴虫经2h全部死亡,但0.5%浓度组的滴虫复苏成功;乳酸杆菌浓度为0.5×108/ml时比其他浓度组中滴虫的死亡率明显要高;感染阴道毛滴虫的小鼠出现一系列病态症状,并有一系列病理改变。结论1%、2%的乳酸浓度对阴道毛滴虫有杀灭作用,但乳酸浓度为0.5%时对滴虫仅有抑制作用;0.5×108/ml的乳酸杆菌对阴道毛滴虫生长的抑制作用最强。阴道毛滴虫具有较强的致病力,采用腹腔接种可建立可靠的动物模型。
Objective To study the effect of microenvironment produced by Lactobacillus on Trichomonas vaginalis and to establish an experimental Trichomonas vaginalis animal model. Methods Lactic acid was added to the growth of Trichomonas vaginalis to observe the death of Trichomonas vaginalis in liver immersion soup with different concentrations of lactic acid (0.5%, 1%, 2%).
