一、概述我们在七四年开始利用微生物发酵技术实现粮堆脱氧储藏的实验,由小到大,发展到二百另六万市斤大型整仓粮堆,六天可降氧至2.45%,二氧化碳增至19.45%。多年来,发酵工艺也从固体发酵,发展到液体培养深层发酵,初步形成了一套独特的发酵脱氧储粮生产工艺。这一研究成果曾荣获地区(市)、县政府科技成果奖。现根据实验资料整理成文报告如下:
I. Overview We started the experiment of using microbial fermentation technology to detoxify grain piles in 1974. From small to large, we have developed two hundred and sixty thousand pound and large grain piles of whole grain piles, which drop to 2.45% in six days, Carbon dioxide increased to 19.45%.
