It is known to conduct rhythmic physiological activities in living organs, manifested in seasonal, periodic and other rhythms. Most authors have determined that there is a close relationship between the seasons and renal function. However, all of these studies were done under plain conditions. Observations by other authors suggest that the mountain climate can have a positive effect on rhythmic activity. The authors studied the effects of seasons on their renal function in patients with Chronic Glomerulonephritis (XH) who live in the low mountains of the Frunze of the Soviet Union, at an altitude of 760 meters (Kyrgyz). Frunze region is a continental climate: summer average temperature (July) 33 ℃, winter average temperature (January) -10.6 ℃, air humidity, pressure, large and strong solar radiation. Of 96 XH patients, 69 were male and 27 were female, aged 16-40
