[目的]观察益气活血醒脑颗粒联合阿司匹林治疗短暂性脑缺血疗效。[方法]采用随机、对照方法,将100例患者按随机数字表法,分为治疗组和对照组,每组50例。治疗组采用益气活血醒脑颗粒(药用桃仁、熟地、川芎、当归等),2袋/次,3次/d;阿司匹林,150 mg/d,口服;对照组使用模拟颗粒,2袋/次,3次/d;阿司匹林,150 mg/d,口服。连续治疗4周为1个疗程,治疗4个疗程判定疗效。[结果]治疗组总有效率、中医症候均优于对照组。两组治疗后中医症候积分比治疗前明显下降,两组治疗均能改善中医症候,治疗组疗效优于对照组。[结论]益气活血醒脑颗粒联合阿司匹林治疗短暂性脑缺血疗效显著。
[Objective] To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Huoxue xingnao granule combined with aspirin on transient cerebral ischemia. [Methods] A randomized and controlled method, 100 patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to random number table method, 50 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue XINGNAI granule (medicinal peach, Rehmanniae, Chuanxiong, Angelica, etc.), 2 bags / time, 3 times / d; aspirin, 150 mg / Times, 3 times / d; aspirin, 150 mg / d, orally. Continuous treatment for 4 weeks for a course of treatment, treatment of 4 courses to determine the efficacy. [Result] The total effective rate and TCM symptom in the treatment group were better than those in the control group. After treatment, TCM symptom scores of two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment, and both groups were able to improve TCM symptoms. The curative effect of treatment group was better than that of control group. [Conclusion] Yiqi Huoxue Xingnao granule combined with aspirin has a significant curative effect on transient cerebral ischemia.
