为培养和提高中青年科技人员的科研能力,我院自今年起设立了中青年科研基金。凡年龄在45周岁以下的本院科技人员均可申请,由院科委会组成评审组,公开评审,择优资助。今年3月份,进行了首次中青年科研基金申请的公开论证,共收到申报课题72项,根据专业按统一标准分片评审,采用无记名打分,计算机处理的方法,择优立题41项,其中总分第一、第二名为毕业研究生获得,显示了他们良好的科研选
In order to cultivate and improve the scientific research capabilities of young and middle-aged scientists and technicians, the Institute has established a young and middle-aged scientific research fund since this year. All scientific and technical personnel of the hospital who are under the age of 45 years can apply for a review team composed of the College Science Committee, open review, and preferential funding. In March of this year, the public demonstration of the application for the first middle-aged and young people’s scientific research fund was conducted. A total of 72 items were submitted for the application. According to the professional standards, the evaluation was performed according to the unified standard. The scores were scored anonymously. The method of computer processing was used to select the optimal 41 items. The first and second graduate students were awarded graduates, showing their good scientific research
