以红枣为原料,采用水溶法提取红枣中的多糖,硫酸—苯酚比色法测定多糖的含量,结果表明不同的市售样品多糖含量不同,为红枣的开发利用提供依据。
Using jujube as raw material, the polysaccharides in jujube were extracted by water-soluble method. The content of polysaccharides was determined by sulfuric acid-phenol colorimetry. The results showed that polysaccharides in different samples were different, which provided the basis for the development and utilization of jujube.
