Objective To investigate whether chronic enhanced anti-EboP (EECP) can repair the injury of porcine arterial endothelial cells (ECs) caused by hypercholesterolemia in vivo. Methods After hypercholesterolemia porcine counterpulsation 36h, the anterior descending branch was taken for scanning electron microscopy and thoracic aorta ECs for proteomic analysis. Results The ECs of coronary artery in the hyperlipidemic group were irregularly arranged and shedding in a large number. The plaques formed, and the ECs in the counterpulsation group were arranged in a streamlined pattern with significant reduction in exfoliation. Compared with the hyperlipidemic group, ECs in the EECP group detected six highly expressed Of protein. Conclusion Chronic EECP may repair the damage of arterial endothelial morphology and function by regulating the expression of ECs protein, improving the adhesion and metabolism of ECs and ameliorating endothelial ECs apoptosis.
