对四球机、Falex,Tunkon和FGZ摩擦磨损试验机测定的润滑油脂承载能力(油性、抗磨性和极压性)结果进行了比较,发现变化趋势并非完全相同;从纳米摩擦学角度考察了影响测试效果的各种因素,发现润滑油脂承载能力依赖于试验机摩擦副的情况,具体是:(1)摩擦副材质的不同;(2)摩擦副接触方式不同,如点、线或面接触;(3)摩擦副的运动方式不同,如滑动和滚动。四球机为点接触试验,可在较短的时间内准确地测量磨损值,需要试样量较少,而线接触试验机通常需要磨合期,试验周期较长,进行质量监控时最好用四球试验机。
