赵履宽,男,白族,1930年出生于云南省大理市喜洲镇。1948年肆业于北平文法学院文学哲学系。1949年3月参加革命工作,1953年参加中国共产党。自1952年起,长期任教于中国人民大学。1979年创建中国人民大学劳动经济研究室,1983年创建中国人民大学劳动人事学院,任副院长,1992年任劳动人事学院院长。1993年,开创中国第一个劳动经济学博士学位授予点。现为中国人民大学劳动人事学院名誉院长、教授、博士生导师、中国
Zhao Lvkuan, male, Bai nationality, was born in 1930 in Xizhou Town, Dali City, Yunnan Province. 1948 Stanford Stanford University School of Literature and Philosophy Department of philosophy.
