导致国有企业效益不挂的根本原因在于国有企业缺乏有效的个人激励机制,特别是缺乏对国有企业经营者有效的个人激励机制。因此,在国有企业中建立有效的激励机制是当前建立理代企业制度的首要任务之一。文章从社会主义市场经济和行为科学的角度出发,论述了建立有效激励机制的必然性和必要性,并由此提出了建立国有企业经营者的有效激励机制的若干思路。
The fundamental reason for the ineffectiveness of state-owned enterprises lies in the lack of an effective personal incentive mechanism for state-owned enterprises, especially the lack of an effective personal incentive mechanism for the operators of state-owned enterprises. Therefore, the establishment of an effective incentive mechanism in state-owned enterprises is one of the top priorities in the current establishment of a representative enterprise system. From the perspective of socialist market economy and behavioral science, the article discusses the necessity and necessity of establishing an effective incentive mechanism, and proposes some ideas for establishing an effective incentive mechanism for state-owned enterprise managers.
