根据《西藏自治区人民政府办公厅转发自治区体育局等五部门关于进一步做好退役运动员就业安置工作的意见的通知》(藏政办发[2010]143号)、《中华人民共和国教师法》和《西藏自治区实施〈中华人民共和国教师法〉办法》精神,为做好退役运动员转任体育教师工作,制定本办法。一、退役运动员转任体育教师的基本条件(一)遵守国家宪法和法律,热爱教育事业,具备履行《教师法》规定的义务和遵守教师职业道德规范的基本素质。(二)坚决反对分裂,维护祖国统一和民族团结。政治思想表现一贯良好,能为人师表。
According to the Notice of the General Office of the Tibet Autonomous Region People’s Government on Forwarding the Opinions of the Five Departments of the Sports Bureau of Autonomous Region on Further Improving the Employment and Relocation of Ex-service Athletes (ZGF [2010] No. 143), the Teachers Law of the People’s Republic of China and the “ The Tibet Autonomous Region implemented the spirit of ”Measures of the Teachers Law of the People’s Republic of China“ and formulated this approach in order to transform the retired athletes into physical education teachers. First, the basic conditions for the retired athletes converted to physical education teachers (A) abide by the national constitution and laws, love education, have the fulfillment of ”teacher law" obligations and abide by the basic norms of the professional ethics of teachers. (2) Resolutely oppose separatism and safeguard the unity of the motherland and national unity. Political thought has always been good and can be a teacher.
