绿色职业是绿色经济时代的新生事物,理解、界定绿色经济与绿色职业的不同立场和角度,导致绿色职业分类的不同结果。相对而言,广义的绿色职业分类,更符合中国社会发展绿色经济的实际情况,也更有利于发挥职业分类对人力资源开发与利用的引导作用。从中美两国绿色职业分类比较来看,中国绿色职业的种类数量和占职业分类体系的比重均高于美国,但是,两国绿色职业在绿色经济领域的分布情况大致相同,绿色经济活动对职业发展的影响结果相近。深化绿色职业认识、深入职业分类研究、加强绿色职业培训、关注国际绿色职业动态等举措,是中国绿色职业拓展的路径。
Green jobs are new things in the era of green economy. Understanding and defining different positions and angles of green economy and green jobs lead to different outcomes of green occupations. Relatively speaking, the broad green occupational classification is more in line with the actual situation of Chinese society in developing a green economy and is more conducive to giving full play to the guiding role that occupational classification can have in human resource development and utilization. According to the comparison of the green occupations between China and the United States, the proportion of green occupations in China and the occupational classification system are both higher than those in the United States. However, the distribution of green occupations in the two countries is roughly the same in the green economy and that of green economy in occupations The impact of development is similar. Deepening green professional awareness, in-depth classification of occupational studies, strengthening green vocational training, focusing on international initiatives such as green career initiatives, is China’s green career development path.
