在新型城镇化背景下,进城务工人员随迁子女受教育权的保障问题,是城市化进程和农村剩余劳动力转移过程中必然产生的教育问题,也是社会广泛关注的热议问题之一。本文以南京市进城务工人员为调研对象,利用实地走访、问卷调查等方法,从进城务工人员家庭基本情况、进城务工人员随迁子女在校学习情况、对现有教育制度的认知情况、未来发展期望等方面进行分析调查。研究表明,目前我国对进城务工人员随迁子女的受教育权保护仍存在许多不足之处,亟待改进。
