预先静注白花前胡水醇提取液(1 g/kg),再结扎大鼠左冠状动脉,可大大减少室性心律失常的发作程度和持续时间。总发作率由对照组的100%降至70%(P<0.01)。结扎后对照组均发生程度渐重的T波高耸、ST段上移等ECG异常,死亡率较高。而实验组却少见上述现象。
Pre-intravenous injection of P. sylvestris hydrocortisol extract (1 g/kg) and ligation of the left coronary artery in rats can significantly reduce the degree and duration of ventricular arrhythmias. The overall attack rate decreased from 100% in the control group to 70% (P<0.01). After ligation, all the control group had gradually increased T-wave height, ST-segment shift and other ECG abnormalities, and the mortality rate was higher. However, the above phenomenon is rare in the experimental group.
