齐钢的825、500、280三套轧机是由苏联成套引进的,于1957年投产,30余年来为齐钢的振兴和发展作出了巨大的贡献。但由于长期超负荷使用,设备老化,现设备存在问题较多,如历次检修时解体检查,均发现人字齿表面严重点蚀,直接影响使用寿命。在国外,如丹麦、西德等工业发达国家的轧机齿轮寿命一般在15～20年,而我国仅5年左右,这是值得深思的一个问题。 本文仅就影响人字齿轮使用寿命因素之一的润滑状态进行分析,并介绍其用油选择方法。
