格雷戈里·纳吉(Gregory Nagy),美国哈佛大学古典学系教授、国际著名的古典学家、希腊文学专家、口头诗学理论家、印欧语音韵学家。1942年10月22日出生于匈牙利布达佩斯。1962年在美国印第安纳大学获得古典学和语言学硕士学位;1966年在哈佛大学获得古典语文学博士学位后留校工作,先后任古典学讲师(1966年~1969年)、古典学助理教授(1969年~1973年)、霍普金斯大学客座副教授、教授(1973年~1975年)、哈佛大学希腊语与拉丁语教授(1975年~1984年);
Gregory Nagy, a professor of classical studies at Harvard University in the United States, an internationally renowned classical scientist, a Greek expert, a verbal poetic theorist, and an Indo-European phonologist. Born on October 22, 1942 in Budapest, Hungary. He received a master’s degree in classical and linguistics from the University of Indiana in 1962. After graduating as a Ph.D. candidate for classical Chinese studies from Harvard University in 1966, he served as a lecturer in classical studies (1966-1969), assistant professor of classical studies (1969 Year ~ 1973), Adjunct Associate Professor and Professor (Johns Hopkins University, 1973-1975), Professor of Greek and Latin Harvard (1975-1984);
