基于小波分解与二阶灰色神经网络模型结合ADF检验的短期负荷预测方法

增强电力系统负荷预测的精度可以提高经济预测的准确性,但是由于负荷序列为波动的,故难以实现精准预测.该文提出了一种基于小波分解(WD)与二阶灰色神经网络相结合用以增强迪基-富勒(ADF)检验的负荷预测方法以实现对负荷的精准预测.首先,利用WD对负载序列进行分解,减少非平稳负载序列;然后,采用ADF检验作为各分解分量静载序列的检验方法,检验结果确定最佳WD水平;最后,为了准确预测小波,利用二阶灰色预测模型分别对WD后各分量进行预测.此外,为了得到二阶灰色预测模型的最优参数,采用神经网络映射法建立了二阶灰色神经网络预测模型,通过一个真实负荷序列的仿真结果证明所提方法能显著提高负荷预测精度.

为了有效抑制全光纤电流传感器的噪声信号,提高传感器的信噪比,将VMD算法用于全光纤电流传感器信号的去噪处理.采用Optisystem光学仿真软件搭建全光纤电流传感器的仿真模型,对仿真得到的信号用VMD分解,根据相关系数选取有用的模态分量进行重构,得到去噪后的信号.结果 表明:经过VMD算法去噪后的信号信噪比提高到28.2125 dB,均方根误差减小为3.3323×10-4,与小波去噪相比提高了信噪比,减小了均方根误差.
