新时期是我国电视专题片(纪录片)创作的重要时期,也是电视专题片多元发展,色彩纷呈的时期,西部专题片的崛起是它成功的主要标志。一批思想性、艺术性、观赏强,以西部文化为特征的专题片的出现,丰富和活跃了我国荧屏,为观众提供了新的视觉认识领域和审美情趣。青海电视台编导王怀信的反映青藏高原民族题材内容的纪录片,以其独特的思想文化内涵和浓郁的民族风韵,令人瞩目。他在纪录片创作中执着的艺术追求与实践精神,为人们提供了极为有益的思考。
The new period is an important period for the creation of China’s feature film (documentary) and also a period of diversified and colorful TV feature films.
