本文利用原代培养的大鼠大脑皮层神经细胞 ,观察清开灵 (QKL )对抗谷氨酸 ( 10ul·L ,3h)对脑细胞的兴奋毒性作用。研究显示QKL能减少谷氨酸所造成的细胞内乳酸脱氢酶漏出量 ,减轻细胞的形态学改变 ,结果表明QKL能够对抗谷氨酸介导的兴奋性毒性 ,对培养的大鼠皮层脑细胞具有保护作用。
In this paper, primary cultured rat cerebral cortical neurons were used to observe the excitotoxic effects of Qing Kai Ling (QKL) against glutamate (10 μl·L, 3 h) on brain cells. Studies have shown that QKL can reduce the intracellular lactate dehydrogenase leakage caused by glutamate and reduce cell morphological changes. The results show that QKL can fight glutamate-mediated excitotoxicity in cultured rat cortical brain cells. Has a protective effect.
