本文以宏伟热电厂为例,对煤炭运输各环节的进行系统分析,阐述建立火力发电厂油田企业铁路车辆信息管理系统,为计划、运输、计量、化验、卸车、储存、向锅炉上煤等环节的提供动态信息的方式,实现电厂科学组织指挥煤炭运输,合理调整作业方式,提高上煤质量和效率,促进油田电厂煤炭运输管理的集约化、精细化和现代化。
