I. Preface Graduate education is the highest level of academic education in the higher education system and an important way to train creative talents. Postgraduates are the largest group of postgraduates in education, reserve forces for the production and management of national education, scientific research and business units, and are also highly-needed talents with economic and scientific and technological competitiveness which are urgently needed in the socialist modernization drive of our country.
