蜘蛛状指(趾)综合征又称马凡(Marfan)氏综合征,亦有称软骨增生症,细长指等。本征属一种少见的原因不明的遗传性疾患,主要侵犯结缔组织。本院遇到1例。张××,女性,20岁,农民,以双眼视物不清八个月之主诉来诊。患者少年时就有“近视”,以后视力渐渐下降,近年来变为“高度近视”。八个月前突然双目视物不清,生活不能自理而被迫退学。二个月前曾来本院检查,当时诊断为“高度近视合并晶体半脱位”。复
