研究了焊接线速度对液压支架立柱窄间隙环缝的力学性能及缸筒内径变形量的影响,并对焊接接头的断口形貌进行了SEM分析。试验结果表明:焊接线速度分别为200、240 mm/min时,焊接接头的各项力学性能指标均能满足要求。随着焊接线速度的降低,焊缝组织有明显的长大趋势。在焊接线速度为240 mm/min时,缸筒内径的平均收缩量为0.18 mm,不需要珩磨处理,比焊接线速度在200 mm/min下的平均变形量小0.04 mm。
The effect of welding line velocity on the mechanical properties of narrow gap girth and the deformation of cylinder bore were studied. The fracture morphology of welded joint was analyzed by SEM. The test results show that when the welding line speed is 200 and 240 mm / min, respectively, the mechanical properties of welded joints can meet the requirements. With the reduction of welding wire speed, weld seam organization has obvious growth trend. At a weld line speed of 240 mm / min, the average shrinkage of the bore inside diameter is 0.18 mm and does not require honing, which is 0.04 mm less than the average deformation of the weld line at 200 mm / min.
