我厂生产的印染机械球铁铸件,一般为厚实中小件。其传统工艺是按顺序凝固原则设计,不仅浇冒口尺寸较大,工艺出品率低,且常产生缩孔、缩松和夹渣等缺陷。近几年来,运用均衡凝固理论与有限补缩原则,对原工艺进行改进,取得较满意的效果。现以球铁伞齿轮为例介绍均衡凝固工艺。 我厂球铁件牌号为QT450-10,其化学成分(%)为:C3.3~3.8、Si2.4~2.9、Mn0.3~0.6、P0.06~0.09、S0.02~0.03、
