继《光棍儿》和《美姐》以一种饱含荷尔蒙的独特姿态崭露头角之后,郝杰依然执着于在他的故土张家口挥洒弥漫在空气里的情欲,《我的青春期》(原名《我的春梦》)比前作更为大胆,也更显真诚,这一次郝杰几乎是将自己的前半生如数搬上了银幕。据他自己所言,影片中传递出对性的荫动、对电影的执迷、对梦想的渴求,都源自他自己心底强烈的精神需要,用在接受采访时他反复脱口而出的一个词来形容——切皆是他自己的“生命体会”。因为足够主观,银幕上的这场“生命体会”里也不可避免地交织着芜杂斑驳的色彩,有年少时的懵懂记忆,也有长大后一厢情愿的意淫。所以,《我的青春期》是作为导演的郝杰的一场电影梦,更是一个依然处于青春期的年轻人的一场青涩春梦。
