大庆徐深气田,储层一般为3000~4000m左右的火山岩,地层压力较高,为确保钻井过程中不发生井喷事故,钻井液比重相对较高,所以大多数井都存在泥浆污染程度大的问题。目前主要使用水力压裂工艺解除钻井泥浆污染,考虑到水力压裂成本高,施工危险系数大,且可能对套管造成损害。本文介绍一种工艺简单、成本低廉的增产措施,酸化解堵增产工艺。下面主要在酸液配方、现场酸化施工过程及酸后增产效果等几个方面论述酸化解堵工艺在深层火山岩储层应用的可能性。
In Daqing Xushen Gas Field, the reservoirs are generally volcanic rocks of about 3000-4000m with high formation pressure. In order to ensure that there is no blowout accident during drilling, the proportion of drilling fluid is relatively high, so there is a problem of mud pollution in most wells . At present, hydraulic fracturing is mainly used to remove drilling mud pollution. Considering the high cost of hydraulic fracturing, the construction risk coefficient is large and the casing may be damaged. This article describes a simple process, low cost stimulation measures, acidification plugging stimulation process. The following mainly in the acid formulation, site acidification process and acid production effects after several aspects of the acidification plugging process in the deep volcanic reservoir application possibilities.
