科学地研究磨削过程的主要困难是砂轮工作表面上切削刃缺乏规则状态,由这一观点出发,本文致力于“理想砂轮是什么样的”这一问题的研究。为此目的,研制了一台新型磨床,该磨床能够根据切削刃状态的需要,进行操作,并提出了一个理想磨具的模型。采用下述模型通过有规则地改变前角,连续切削刃的问隔和后面上的接触宽度来进行切入磨削试验。考查了所产生的磨削力、累积量以及干涉状态。基于实验得到的结果,本文提出了一种理想磨具的概念。
The main difficulty in scientifically studying the grinding process is that the cutting edge on the work surface of the grinding wheel lacks a regular state. From this viewpoint, this paper is devoted to the research of “what kind of ideal grinding wheel is”. To this end, a new type of grinding machine has been developed which operates according to the state of the cutting edge and proposes a model of an ideal grinding tool. The cut-in grinding test was conducted using the following model by regularly changing the rake angle, the interval between successive cutting edges, and the contact width at the back. Examined the resulting grinding force, the cumulative amount and the interference state. Based on the experimental results, this paper presents a concept of ideal abrasive.
