文章以河南理工大学图书馆为例,从市场营销学原理入手,分析了市场营销理念在高校图书馆知识服务中的应用,认为图书馆可以借鉴市场营销理念,用市场的眼光和营销手段来经营图书馆的产品和服务。
Taking the library of Henan Polytechnic University as an example, the article starts with the marketing theory and analyzes the application of marketing idea in the knowledge service of university library. It thinks that the library can learn from the marketing idea and use the market perspective and marketing method to operate Library products and services.
