通过调整传感器光学角度和线阵CCD光敏元位置的特殊布置,以及特殊照明光斑形状设计,成功地用线阵CCD传感获取了大视场的两维焊缝跟踪信息。该传感器不仅适用于V型坡口、U型坡口、电弧气刨坡口及不开坡口的对缝;还适用于搭接接头和角焊缝。另外,本文还通过对各种焊缝图象特征的分析,给出了两维偏差及错边量的计算方法。
By adjusting the optical angle of the sensor and the special arrangement of the photosensor position of the linear array CCD and the shape design of the special illumination spot, the two-dimensional weld tracking information of the large field of view was successfully obtained by using the line CCD sensing. The sensor is not only suitable for V-groove, U-groove, arc gouging groove and groove without groove; also applies to lap joints and fillet welds. In addition, this article also through a variety of weld image characteristics analysis, given two-dimensional deviation and the amount of the wrong side of the calculation.
