目的:为了佐证传统外观分类法及染色体、同工酶等生物技术在麦冬品种分类上的准确性和可靠性,利用ISSR分子标记对这两个主要的麦冬栽培品种进行分类鉴定,为以后麦冬大田生产选种提供技术支持和理论指导。方法:采用ISSR分子标记对直立型麦冬和匍匐型麦冬进行DNA序列分析。结果:不同品种麦冬在条带上表现有一定差异性,两品种间的相关系数为0.8182。结论:两种麦冬同源不同种,与以往外观分类以及利用染色体、同工酶技术进行分类鉴别所得结果基本一致,说明外观分类法及染色体、同工酶分类是科学的。
Objective: In order to verify the accuracy and reliability of traditional appearance classification, chromosomes, isoenzymes, and other biological techniques in the classification of Ophiopogon japonica varieties, the ISSR molecular markers were used to classify and identify these two major Ophiopogon japonica cultivars. Ophiopogon production and seed selection provide technical support and theoretical guidance. Methods: ISSR molecular markers were used to analyze the DNA sequence of upright Ophiopogon japonicus and O. japonica. Results: There was a certain difference in the characteristics of different varieties of Ophiopogon japonica. The correlation coefficient between the two varieties was 0.8182. Conclusion: Two kinds of Ophiopogon japonicum are homologous and different species, which are basically consistent with the appearance classification and the results of classification using chromosome and isoenzyme technology, indicating that the appearance classification method and the classification of chromosomes and isoenzymes are scientific.
