在60年代,我局在浙赣线技改工程中已经使用顶入法顶进直径为1.5~2.0m的圆涵。限于当时的顶进工具,未能向大跨径桥涵发展。70年代初期,随着液压技术的成熟及卧式大吨位液压油顶的问世,在设备上为大跨径桥涵顶进提供了可能。当时我局正在进行沪宁复线改建,需要增加大量的桥涵和立交桥。为了减轻对运输的干扰,开始自制大吨位卧式液压油顶和线路挑纵横抬加固设备,并全面推广顶桥工艺。我局在桥涵顶进技术发展过程中遇到大量难题并不断克服改进,
In the 60s, our bureau has used the top-in method to envelop the round culverts whose diameter is 1.5-2.0m in the technological transformation project of Zhejiang-Jiangxi line. Our bureau encountered a great deal of problems in the development of the culvert technology and continuously overcome the improvement.
