汇总了低比速离心泵优秀水力模型资料,通过回归分析和大量的计算,提出了低比速离心泵规范化设计方法和几何参数计算公式。对4种不同低比速实型离心泵进行了计算。计算结果表明,在这些几何参数中。叶轮出口直径D2 计算相对误差为0.64%,进口直径D0误差为1.63%,叶轮出口宽度b2误差为3.2%。这种方对低比速离心泵设计和研究具有实际意义。
Summarized the low-speed centrifugal pump excellent hydraulic model data, through regression analysis and a large number of calculations, proposed low-speed centrifugal pump standardization of design methods and geometric parameters of the formula.
