目的通过加强对危重病案检测以促进医疗质量提高。方法主要是确定危重病案组成,建立数据库;成立专家组,对病案质量检测分析;开展质量查房,加强环节监管;举办专题讲座,提高技术水平;拓展质量管理内涵,体现病案价值。结果规章制度得以贯彻落实,医疗技术更加先进,医疗质量明显改善。结论加强危重病案检测对促进医疗质量提高有重要意义。
Objective To improve the quality of medical care by strengthening the testing of critical illness cases. The main methods are to determine the composition of critical medical records and set up a database. An expert group is set up to examine and analyze the quality of medical records, carry out quality rounds and strengthen supervision on the links, hold seminars and raise technical levels, and expand the content of quality management to reflect the value of medical records. The results of the rules and regulations to be implemented, more advanced medical technology, medical quality improved significantly. Conclusion It is of great significance to strengthen the detection of critical illness to promote the improvement of medical quality.
