目前,我公司已连续举办了5期青工脱产轮训班,250人参加,及格率达到100%(其中5人经过补考),优良率达65%,基本达到了质量要求。我们体会到,教育不求质量,不仅造成人力、物力、时间的浪费,还会产生负效应。为此,我们抓住以下三个环节。使“双基”教育的质量得到了保证。思想动员要深入思想动员的目的是让青工真正了解学习的意义,是要让他们真正认识到学习与个人的前途命运、切身利益的紧密关系,从而提高学习的自觉性,变“要我学”为“我要学”。思想动员的对象,不仅是青工本人,还应包括他所在单位的党政领导和职工,因为他们也是制约青工能否专心致志学习的重要因素,只有他们都认清了“双基”教育的重要性和必要性,主动热情地支持青工脱产轮训,解除青工的后顾之
