质量管理是项目管理的重要内容之一。为了有效控制建筑工程施工质量,本文通过对建筑工程常见的质量问题、质量通病进行了原因分析,并制定了相应的预控措施。
Quality management is an important part of project management. In order to effectively control the construction quality of the construction project, this paper analyzes the causes of the common quality problems and quality problems of the construction project, and develops the corresponding pre-control measures.
