目的考察感恩与职业倦怠的关系及内省情绪智力的中介作用,为降低农村初中骨干教师的职业倦怠提供依据。方法采用感恩问卷、内省情绪智力量表和职业倦怠问卷对103名农村初中骨干教师进行问卷调查,并采用方差分析、相关分析和层次回归技术对调查数据进行统计分析。结果 (1)农村初中骨干教师的感恩不存在明显的年龄和健康状况差异(P>0.05),但是性别差异显著,男教师的感恩水平显著地低于女教师(P<0.05);(2)感恩与职业倦怠之间的负相关显著(r=-0.416,P<0.001);(3)内省情绪智力是感恩影响职业倦怠的中介变量。结论感恩不仅直接影响农村初中骨干教师的职业倦怠,而且通过内省情绪智力间接影响职业倦怠,可通过培养感恩和内省情绪智力来降低农村骨干教师的职业倦怠程度。
Objective To investigate the relationship between gratitude and job burnout and the intermediary role of introspective emotional intelligence in order to provide the basis for reducing the occupational burnout of rural junior middle school teachers. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 103 key teachers in rural junior middle schools using the questionnaire of Thanksgiving, the Provincial Emotional Intelligence Scale and the Burnout Questionnaire. The data of the survey were analyzed by variance analysis, correlation analysis and hierarchical regression. Results (1) There was no significant difference in age and health status among the key teachers in rural junior high school (P> 0.05), but the gender differences were significant. The level of gratitude of male teachers was significantly lower than that of female teachers (P <0.05) The negative correlation between gratitude and job burnout was significant (r = -0.416, P <0.001). (3) The introspective emotional intelligence was the mediator of gratitude affecting job burnout. Conclusion Thanksgiving not only directly affects the occupational burnout of rural junior middle school teachers, but also indirectly influences job burnout through introspective emotional intelligence, which can reduce the job burnout of rural key teachers by cultivating gratitude and introspection emotional intelligence.
