目的介绍一种自行设计的内参对照法,用于检测眼角膜上皮缺损面积大小。方法通过兔眼角膜碱烧伤模型,采用荧光素钠染色,圆形标尺做内参照,数码相机拍照与Image-pro plus(IPP)分析软件相结合的方法,测定上皮缺损面积。结果成功复制了兔眼角膜碱烧伤模型,并用数码相机记录不同拍摄条件下的照片。IPP软件分析发现,正面拍摄照片两批次的测定均值分别为40.3 mm2和40.7 mm2,与实际上皮缺损面积40.7 mm2相比,无统计学差异。而改变拍摄距离并不影响实验结果的准确性,但改变拍摄照片的角度使测定结果明显高于实际值。结论设计并建立了一种准确测定角膜上皮缺损面积的方法,该方法重复性好,适合于多种不规则表面积的测量。
Objective To introduce a self-designed internal reference control method for the detection of corneal epithelial defect area size. Methods The model of corneal alkali burn in rabbits was used to determine the area of epithelial defect by using sodium fluorescein staining, circular scale as internal reference, digital camera photographing and Image-pro plus (IPP) analysis software. Results The model of corneal alkali burn in rabbits was successfully duplicated and the digital camera was used to record the photos under different shooting conditions. IPP software analysis found that the average of two batches of positive photographs were 40.3 mm2 and 40.7 mm2 respectively, which was not statistically different from the actual area of 40.7 mm2. However, changing the shooting distance did not affect the accuracy of the experimental results, but changing the angle of photographing made the measured result significantly higher than the actual value. Conclusions A method to accurately determine the corneal epithelial defect area is designed and established. The method is reproducible and suitable for the measurement of a variety of irregular surface areas.
